Robot polishing/polishing automation game changer! Exhibiting at IREX.
Achieving automation of skilled tasks such as polishing and grinding, which have been deemed impossible, along with cycle time reduction and high-quality finishing. Multiple types of robot cells on display!
Our unique technology (Autonomous Contact Force Correction Technology (ACT)) enables end effectors to automate skilled tasks such as polishing and grinding, which were previously deemed impossible, while achieving shorter cycle times and high-quality finishes. In response to variations in workpiece dimensions and other changes in the processing target, it autonomously corrects the contact force instantly, ensuring uniform processing with consistent contact force. Gravity compensation is also performed autonomously, applying uniform contact force regardless of angle, and easily maintaining finishing quality for workpieces with R shapes and more. Additionally, due to the high correction speed, even when increasing the robot's trajectory speed, the contact force can be kept constant, enabling processing and achieving reduced cycle times. 2023 International Robot Exhibition Venue: Tokyo Big Sight Dates: November 29 (Wed) - December 2 (Sat), 2023 Booth: W3-36 You can see the world's technology up close.
